Want to share with you a quick story of we had a high end design build client and I just called them one time. And when I told this to the owner I was like, look, this is a problem if you have this offer operations manager who's busy doing payroll and now she's answering the phone. Hello? It's abrasive. It's not a very warm feeling. They ended up firing that person and the owner's wife started answering and she was warm and pleasant. Thank you. Hi, how may I help you today? And their sales problem instantly went away. And I believe it was that key part of their phone experience. If customers are going to spend tens, maybe hundreds of thousands of dollars, these little details matter and we'd love to share with you what we've learned over the last 15 years of coaching our clients through this exact sort of thing.
