Landscape Leader of the Year Finalists: We’ll cover your hotel and meals for an unforgettable trip to Lyons, Colorado with Jack Jostes. You’ll be featured on The Landscaper’s Guide and Ramblin Jackson’s social media channels, participate in an in-person video shoot, and present a 15-minute talk during the Landscape Leader of the Year Livestream.

Landscape Leader of the Year: The winner will receive a $500 donation to the charity of their choice.

CONTEST GUIDELINES & FINE PRINT
The odds of winning the Landscape Leader of the Year competition depend on the number of people who enter and cannot be determined in advance.
This contest is open to all Ramblin Jackson clients who are 18 years or older.
All federal, state, and local laws apply to this contest, and it's void where prohibited by law.
All judging decisions are final.
The final winner will be chosen by a panel of judges, and the audience vote at the Landscape Leader of the Year Event. Contestants are forbidden from influencing votes of the judges or the audience by any means other than their participation at the Landscape Leader of the Year Event. This includes emails, social media campaigns or any other methods intended to target attendees prior to or during the event, distribution of direct mail, letters, or phone calls.
Ramblin Jackson reserves the right to interpret these rules and regulations, and if necessary, amend the rules, contest entry regulations, and/or prizes and its' sole discretion and without notice to individual competitors.
All materials, content and information submitted to Ramblin Jackson, in part or in whole as your contest entry packet becomes the sole and exclusive property of Ramblin Jackson and may be used by Ramblin Jackson in any way without permission or any compensation to those who submitted materials.
Competitor scores are confidential and will not be revealed.
Ramblin Jackson reserves the right to deny any contest entry at its sole discretion. Or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the content or any portion thereof at any time.
Submission of your contest entry packet constitutes your express consent and permission for Ramblin Jackson to use your name, company name, picture, and contest entry materials in whole or in part for promotional and advertising purposes to promote Ramblin Jackson, it's services and products in any media and in any manner whatsoever, without limitation or restriction, and such consent is deemed given by your entry and participation in the Landscape Leader of the Year competition. Submission of the contest entry packet will be deemed your acceptance of these rules and regulations (which may be amended) and your voluntary transfer to Ramblin Jackson all right, title, and interest, including copyright, of your photographs, audio and video footage of you, and your written responses. All materials submitted become the property of Ramblin Jackson and will not be returned.
Each participant assumes all risk, injury, harm, loss of any kind that arises from participation in the Landscape Leader of the Year competition. Participants in the competition release Ramblin jackson and it's directors, officers, and employees from all risk, loss, injury, damage or harm that may arise from participating in the contest.
Contest ends August 1, 2025 and 3 finalists will be required to present at the Landscaper's Leader of the Year Event in Lyons, CO where the winner will be announced. The winner must be present to win.
Landscape Leader of the Year Code of Conduct
The winner of the Landscape Leader of the Year will serve as the "Landscape Leader of the Year" for 1 year or until the 2026 Event, whichever comes first. During that time the winner is required to comply with the Landscape Leader of the Year Code of Conduct:
Champion of The Tree of Good Fortune: In all ways, you should be a "good steward" of our Company and help the growth and success of our organization. Because our members will look up to you as a representative of the leadership of our Company, you agree that you will not in any way, in any forum, including verbal, written, electronic, or video, disparage either Ramblin Jackson (the "Company") or any of it's officers, directors, or employees. Additionally you agree that you will not engage in activities that would cause harm, spread gossip, or otherwise damage the company.
Open Lines of Communication: If you, as Landscape Leader of the Year, have a problem or concern about anything related to Ramblin Jackson, you have an open line directly to the Director of Operations, Jessica Winkler. Please bring any concern directly and confidentially to us so they may be addressed promptly. Our goal is to take a productive approach to resolving issues to eliminate hard feelings or unproductive, unnecessary gossip. You agree to refrain from making, or causing to be made, any negative or disparaging comments, either verbal or in writing, which might reasonably be considered to harem, disparage, or damage Ramblin Jackson's name and reputation.
Complaints: On occasion, other members, clients and prospects may share with you problems, concerns and even complaints about Ramblin Jackson, its' officers, directors or employees, and the Company's products because they will see you as part of the Company's team. We do not want to burden you with these issues and we do not expect you to resolve them. We do ask that you encourage the person who is upset to speak directly to Jessica Winkler or the team and reinforce that we are eager to do whatever it takes to resolve their concerns and make sure their problems are addressed to their complete satisfaction. If you become aware that another client or other person is complaining, upset, or unhappy with us in any way, please notify the Company immediately so we can address it and make it right.
Code of Ethics: As the Landscape Leader of the Year for our Company, it is important to maintain a high level of integrity. To that end, the Company has a zero tolerance policy for racist, hateful, sexist, or other unprofessional comments, jokes or activities, or unlawful behaviors or activities, and will terminate any relationship that engages in this conduct, including the Landscape Leader of the Year.
By applying for the position of "Landscape Leader of the Year" and signing below you agree to abide by this code of conduct should you be named Company Landscape Leader of the Year. If at any time you fail to comply with your obligations as "Landscape Leader of the Year" or breach the Code of Conduct, Company may in it's sole discretion, revoke your ability to serve as the "Landscape Leader of the Year".
